High end, high fat, high flavour, fancy Gourmet Steak House Burgers.
Made with the 'Cap' of the Rib-eye, which is a highly marbled layer of the most tender, succulent, and flavourful meat, like ever. Finely ground once, seasoned with just a wee amount of Lurch’s Beef Bark Rub to complement the Buttery flavour, then pressed by hand into 7oz Behemoths.
Cooking Instructions -
These burger’s because they are so thick are best baked first in the oven on a rack for 20 minutes @ 180°C fan (Gas 4) on a raised rack so the fat can render out, THEN! heat a pan to a medium high heat and add some of the fat from the Burgers and sear each patty for 60 seconds per side. Take care when turning them, they are very delicate. Let them rest for 2 minutes before smashing them into your face.
