Delivery Information

 

  • Your order will take a few days for me to make fresh will always be sent to you fresh. All our meat depending on the product is either vacuum packed, tray sealed or sealed in brown Kraft paper water-resistant recycled bags.

    Once the order is made, again this can take up to 4-5 days, deliveries are then dispatched with Royal Mail Next Day Delivery service - our designated courier. (Note: some areas will be 48 Hrs) Your order will be packed in a fully insulated box to protect it with reusable Gel packs to ensure that your order stays at the optimum temperature. Orders remain at the optimum temperature in these boxes for 72 hours before they rise begin to rise in temp – I trialled the fuck out them to make sure these boxes where the good shit.

    If you are not in, the driver will leave your order in a safe place if possible and will also put a card through your door to let you know he’s been. Should your order not arrive when you expect, we can kick off to royal mail together by emailing at Lurch@lurchmerch.co.uk or call on 01224480249 between 11am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, and we will help you with your query.

  • Delivery is FREE on orders of £90.00 or more within areas that do not incur delivery surcharges.

If your delivery is to a remote area which is not mentioned on the list, not covered or creates any unforeseen issues, we will contact you by telephone to discuss additional charges prior to any order being finalised and despatched.

  • We deliver all over the UK, including Northern Ireland and Highlands & Islands but outlying areas often carry a surcharge. We do not deliver outside the UK including The Republic of Ireland at this time, soz bbz .

  • Throw or gently place into the fridge or freezer straight away. Because your Order is made fresh and never frozen, everything is packaged properly to be frozen for up to 6 months, and the goodness is labelled with a use by date if you keep everything fresh in your fridge.

    Make sure that at your refrigerator is set at between 0°C and 5°C for fresh meat items. FROZEN items should be stored at -18ºC.
