Allergen Information & Food Safety At The Tilly Butcher, we take food safety and allergen management seriously. Please be aware that all of our products—including our fresh cuts, seasoned meats, sausages, and house-made bakery items—are prepared in an open, working butchery environment.

While we adhere to strict hygiene and cross-contamination protocols, our facility regularly handles several of the 14 major UK allergens, including Wheat (Gluten), Milk, Egg, Soya, Mustard, Celery, and Sulphites.

Because our products are prepared and displayed in a shared space, we cannot guarantee that any individual item is entirely free from allergen traces.
